Magnifica regione del Bel Paese, ha mantenuto nel corso dei secoli molte delle sue antiche caratteristiche agroalimentari sicuramente anche per la sua posizione “isolata” dal punto di vista geografico. La cucina sarda è indubbiamente caratterizzata dalla secolare tradizione pastorale che ha contribuito nel conferirle la sorprendente varietà di prodotti tipici; in parte originate dalle esigenze strettamente legate all’attività del pastore (periodi lontano da casa e impossibilità di preparazione elaborata del cibo); in parte grazie alla materie prime presenti sul territorio. L’insularità e la cultura agropastorale sono solo alcuni degli aspetti caratteristici della Sardegna che con i suoi 24 mila chilometri di foreste, di campagne, di coste immerse in un mare splendido, ha davvero molto da raccontare.
